Cap-Coz
Paradise is here ! Located at the bottom of the Bay of the Forest, the beach of Cape Coz is a beach of fine sand, a narrow cord of sand which ends in the East by a small rocky island.
Cap-Coz, which closes the Bay of the Forest is very protected from the prevailing winds by the Point of Beg-Meil.
Discover the Cap Coz mudflat, a paradise for birds, a realm of birdwatchers who, as the seasons pass, see swarms of collared Turnstones, terns, gray herons and geese. This muddy and rich mudflat on the back of Cap-Coz is teeming with plankton life. It's a magical and relaxing place.
